Parent Events:

  • Dads’ Night Out, Wednesday, May 1, 2024 from 6:30pm-8:30pm. Don’t miss the last 10th grade Dads’ Night Out - grab a beverage and join other parents in the fun and casual setting of Barebottle Brewery Company, Menlo Park. All parents are welcome to attend. Please RSVP here by April 30th.
  •  Moms’ Night Out, Wednesday, May 22, 2024 from 7:00pm-9:00pm. We are excited to plan this event. Please save the date for this last opportunity to enjoy a night of fun with other Class of 2026 parents. Details will be announced soon. 
  • Menlo Global Expo. Please join us for Menlo Global Expo ’24 - there will be amazing food, activities and performances, so stop by this Sunday, April 28th from 1:30-3:30 pm on the Loop - more details here.

Menlo Web Navigation Tips

  • Type a phrase directly into the search box in the top right of any page. Typing in faculty/staff names will bring you to their profile (e.g., enter “math” to see links to math department).
  • Looking for an event? Go to the online calendar (one of the links in the main navigation). You can choose which categories of events to see by clicking “filter by category”. Additionally, you can search for certain events in the search box (e.g., searching “10th” will bring up tenth grade events). Click on “Subscribe to Calendars” to import into iCal or Google Calendar.
  • Menlo on the go! Open Menlo’s website in your smart phone’s web browser and simply bookmark to your phone’s home page. You’ll have access to the directory, the calendar and many other features.

Be a Knight Navigator!

Are you interested in being a KNIGHT NAVIGATOR to a new Middle or Upper School family? The Menlo Admissions Office is looking for Middle and Upper School volunteer families to help welcome newly admitted students and their families into the Menlo Community.

Please fill out this volunteer form, and someone from our office will be in touch with you in late April with next steps. This is an easy and fun way to community build and to make our newest Menlo families feel welcome.

Upcoming Dates and Events

Mark your calendars with our spring events listed below! 

MAY

10th Grade Spring Mom’s Night Out. Wednesday, May 10, 7:00-9:30 pm. NEW LOCATION. Dholakia Home. Please join the 10th grade parent team and other sophomore class moms for sushi, appetizers, cocktails and conversation! Please RSVP to let us know you can make it and sign-up to bring an item to share.  (Please note the time change to the 7 pm start and the NEW LOCATION due to weather).

Sophomore Knight In. Friday, May 19, 5:00-11:00 pm, Menlo US Quad. 

Sophomore Parent Hike. Monday, May 22, 9:00 am. Windy Hill Preserve Parking. Look for the Menlo School hats at the entrance to this challenging five-mile hike between 9:00-9:15 am. The hike will be canceled in the case of rain. In the case of sun, please bring water, sunscreen and a sun hat, if desired. Dogs are welcome.
