You should have already received an email with instructions from Magnus for logging in and submitting forms. If you haven’t seen that email, please check your spam folder or contact Magnus at 877.461.6831 or service@magnushealthportal.com. Remember, athletic forms were due on Aug. 1, and all health forms are due Aug. 22! For non-technical questions, contact Joan Barada, RN, at 650.330.2001 ext. 2530 or joan.barada@menloschool.org.
