My time at Menlo dates from 1997, when my daughter entered the freshman class. All three of my children attended Menlo; in 2004 when my youngest was a junior I was hired as Head Librarian.
After receiving a Bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northern Illinois University, I worked in critical care and obstetrics. A career change led to employment as a school technology director and librarian, during which time I completed a Master’s in Library Science at San Jose State. My graduation present was my new position at Menlo.
When I’m not hanging out with teenagers I can be found in the garden, in front of a sewing machine, on a beach or with a good book.
