Health and Athletic Forms
Make sure to submit your forms before school starts! Menlo is using a new online service, Magnus Health Student Medical Record (SMR) to collect and manage all health and athletic forms. You should have already received an email with instructions from Magnus for logging in and submitting forms. If you haven’t seen that email, please check your spam folder or contact Magnus at 877.461.6831 or service@magnushealthportal.com. Remember, athletic forms were due on Aug. 1, and all health forms are due Aug. 22! For non-technical questions, contact Joan Barada, RN, at 650.330.2001 ext. 2530 or joan.barada@menloschool.org.

GO MENLO: How Do You Get to School?
Join the effort to reduce traffic on campus! GO MENLO is THE way the Menlo community gets to and from school. Make a commitment to walk, bike, carpool, or ride the train or bus. This year, Menlo is adding afternoon buses as well. Learn more here.
Families new to Menlo: you’ll soon receive an email from Zimride, a web-based ridesharing network, with instructions for logging in to their service. With Zimride, you can find other Menlo families to carpool with and sign up for the Menlo bus.
Parking Registration for Juniors and Seniors
In order to be allowed to park on Menlo's campus, 11th and 12th grade students must complete the Parking Registration Form and return it to Liz Segura in the Student Life Office before the first day of classes, August 23. Registration for reserved Carpool Parking spots can also be done through the Student Life Office at this time. Once you have returned the registration form, you will be given a parking decal and assigned to park in either the Main or Annex parking lot. Cartan Lot will remain an athletic spectator lot only. Parking registration will start Aug. 16, 10:00 am-3:00 pm in the Student Center.
Sign Up for Lockers!
Students in grades 10-12 can sign up for Quad-area lockers starting Thursday, Aug. 16, 10:00 am-3:00 pm, in the Student Center. First come, first served! No voicemail or email messages accepted. Freshmen will receive their locker assignments at Freshman Orientation--freshman do not need to come in earlier to sign up for lockers.
Order Student Photos
Each student will take a portrait photo, for use in the School Directory (known as the Menlo Facebook), in the first week of school. Photo packages can be ordered from the photographer, Doug Peck, using this order form.

Staying in Touch
Menlo does its best work when parents and the School work together and share the same values. Open communication is the cornerstone of such a relationship. Look through the Staying in Touch page to learn about the various channels available to you.
Another great way to "stay in touch" is to subscribe to The Coat of Arms, Menlo's award-winning student-run newspaper. The mission of The Coat of Arms is to deliver honest, comprehensive and accurate coverage to the Menlo School community. As a student publication, the newspaper strives to present the diversity of voice, interest and activity within the School. Subscribing to The Coat of Arms is a convenient way to stay informed about the Menlo community: you'll receive at least eight issues throughout the year. Due to new innovations, publication dates have not yet been determined; an issue will come out approximately once a month. To subscribe, fill out this form.
Parents: Help Out and Stay Informed!
