When is my book due?

Books may be checked out for three weeks. If you need to keep your book longer please tell one of the librarians so we can renew it.

Can I check out a video?

We have many videos available, with a loan period of one week.

I left my textbook at home. Can I check one out from the library?

We have most (not all) of the current textbooks. They may only be used in the library and are not to be taken to class or to your home.

Can I eat a snack in the library while I finish my homework?

No, sorry - food and drinks are not allowed in the library. There are tables on the patio outside the library where you can eat and work.

Can I get help from a librarian when the library is closed?

Mrs. Rettberg is usually available in the evening to provide research and/or citation help. Send an email to crettberg@menloschool.com. Don't wait till late in the evening though

Is there a scanner in the library?

We have two scanners, one in the main section of the library and one in the Multimedia Room (MMR).

Is there wireless Internet in the library?

Not yet, but we've got our fingers crossed....
