Scheduling a Visit

  • We schedule visits during the fall only. This year, we will hold visits from August 30 through October 31.
  • Our fall visit booking calendar will open in SCOIR on August 1, 2023.
  • Visits will be 30 minutes in length, in-person or virtual.
  • The most convenient times to schedule a visit are during a tutorial period (10:00-10:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), during lunchtime (12:00-12:30 pm), and before or after school (8:00-8:30 am and 3:00-3:30 pm). If these options do not work with your schedule, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your schedule.
  • To set up a visit to Menlo, please use SCOIR to schedule. The default will be an ”in-person visit,” but if you prefer a virtual visit, please contact Bridget Allard.
  • If you do not have an account with SCOIR, go here to create one, it’s free! If you have trouble with using SCOIR, you may email Bridget Allard.
  • When you arrive on campus, please check in at the Upper School’s main reception desk, where you will be issued a visitor pass.
