Scheduling a Visit

  • We schedule visits during the fall only. This year, we will hold visits from August 29 through October 28.
  • Our fall visit booking calendar will open in SCOIR on August 1, 2022.
  • Visits will be 30 minutes in length, in-person or virtual.
  • The most convenient times to schedule a visit are during a tutorial period (10:00-10:30 am on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays), during lunchtime (12:00-12:30 pm), and before or after school (8:00-8:30 am and 3:00-3:30 pm). If these options do not work with your schedule, please let us know, and we will try to accommodate your schedule.
  • All students and staff at Menlo school are required to be vaccinated. If you’d like to set up a visit to Menlo, please use SCOIR to schedule. The default will be an ”in-person visit,” but if you prefer a virtual visit, please contact Bridget Allard.
  • If you do not have an account with SCOIR, go here to create one, it’s free! If you have trouble with using SCOIR, you may email Bridget Allard.
  • Please read through our campus visitor policy below in its entirety before scheduling your visit

Menlo’s Mini College Fair

Menlo’s Mini College Fair will take place on campus Monday, October 10, at 10:00 am. This might work with your schedule if you are in town for the Palo Alto College Fair. Register through SCOIR with this link and select the date and time slot for the Mini College Fair on October 10.

In-Person Campus Visitor Policy

All visitors must show proof of full COVID-19 vaccination status. Visitors will check in at the Upper School’s main reception desk, where they will be issued a visitor pass. Only fully vaccinated individuals can come on campus at this time. You may be required to wear a mask at all times.
