What Do We Offer?
Menlo School is committed to our employees’ futures through generous contributions to their retirement plans. We contribute an amount equal to 9% of each qualified employee’s base salary into their retirement account plus up to an additional 3% match if the employee contributes to their own retirement account. An employee saves 15% of their salary each year towards retirement with an employee contribution of only 3%. There are no waiting or vesting periods.
Our employees may choose from several premier medical plans: HMOs (including Kaiser), PPOs, and High Deductible Health Plans with HSA.
We offer our employees a wide network of dental providers through the MetLife dental plan.
Vision Service Plan (VSP) ensures that employees have access to a wide network of optometrists and vision care specialists.

Menlo School provides a generous life insurance benefit and allows employees to purchase additional voluntary life insurance.
Menlo School plans will continue to pay a percentage of your income if you become disabled and are not able to work.
EMPLOYEE ASSISTANCE PLAN
Our employee assistance program provides expert content and comprehensive tools to assist employees through professional and confidential consultation with experienced and licensed counselors. Assistance is available 24 hours a day with the options of face-to-face, telephonic, text, or web video counseling or consultation.
ON-CAMPUS CHILD CARE CENTER
