 From the Director
We are thrilled to be back and excited to continue working with
the superhero Class of 2019 as they move through the college application process. We hope each senior will feel supported, encouraged, and empowered this year as they go through this journey and begin the important step toward adulthood and their life after Menlo. We hope
that no student loses sight of the big picture. There are hundreds of outstanding colleges throughout the country, and even outside the U.S., that would be so lucky to have our students on their campus. As we write recommendations for each and every senior, we are reminded of the talented, unique, caring, ambitious young people we get to help guide, and we hope they will not connect their self-worth to college decisions. At the end of the day, we want the seniors to laugh a lot this year, enjoy their friends, and embrace all that comes with being a senior at Menlo. Welcome back from College Counseling.
