Michael Hsu ’88 is proud to announce the birth of his son, Michil, on May 27, 2018.

Elizabeth Bales-Stutes ’89 and her husband celebrated their 21st wedding anniversary in June. She teaches English as a Second Language at South San Francisco Adult Education.

Kristie Callahan Gill ’89 reports that she and her daughter have taken to spending winter in Aiken, South Carolina, with their horses. The rest of the year, the family lives in Massachusetts. Kristie has one son at Northeastern University studying mechanical engineering, and her second son is a musician and artist.

Easton McAllister ’92 was married June 16, 2018, at the St. Francis Yacht club in San Francisco, to Marcia Teixeira. Menlo alumni in attendance included Derek Brown ’92, Jason Brown ’94, Chris Guichard ’94, Justin Guichard ’92, and Charlie Kovas ’93. Also last year, Easton closed on the purchase of a civil engineering firm in Danville.

Robert Salama ’92 loved seeing everyone at his 25th-year reunion in October 2017. He offers special thanks to Alexa Savelle Cutler ’92, who did most of the organizing and put together a fantastic cocktail reception and dinner at Trellis. Robert is likely to stay involved with Menlo for the foreseeable future, as his son Benjamin started in the middle school last fall.

Jenica Leonard ’97 continues to work full time as a Deputy District Attorney in Sonoma County. She’s a proud wife, the mother of two boys—Cole (7) and Rory (4)—aunt of four, and most recently a breast cancer survivor. Jenica was diagnosed with breast cancer April 28, 2017, and returned to work after completing surgery, chemotherapy, and radiation. She sees her best friend from Menlo, Jade Gosse Lewis ’98, every time she visits her husband’s hometown of Madison, WI.
