In their fourth appearance in the CCS Open Division playoffs, the Menlo volleyball team fell 25-21, 25-8, 25-15 to top seed Sacred Heart Cathedral in San Francisco on Saturday.

The Knights await their postseason matchup in CIF-NorCals, which begin Tuesday, Nov. 12.  

Against SHC, sophomore Sharon Nejad had seven kills, hitting .417, and sophomore Simone Adam added six more and added two blocks. Sophomore Zoe Gregory delivered eight assists while Hanna Hoffman and Havannah Hoeft each added seven. Hoeft and senior Emma Holland made five digs apiece.
