News and notes shared by Menlo alumni near and far

David Diestel ’53 tells us, “My grandaughter, Chloe Diestel, just graduated from West Point and is now a second lieutenant, outranking me. I am also happy to report that Carole and I are still married. Remember her green 1949 Chevy convertible? Boy! I wish I had that now.”

Linda Wythes Knoll ’89 proudly notes, “My son, Henry Knoll ’20, joined me as an alum of Menlo School on June 4th, 2020!”

Gina Chang ’11 completed the M.D.-Master of Public Health program at the University of Pennsylvania. She plans to stay at the Children’s Hospital of Pennsylvania for her residency in child neurology. While at Penn, Gina co-founded the Penn Med Symphony Orchestra, in which she also played cello.
