Les DeWitt ’66 tells us he’s been working on the Strategic Advisory Board for the Institute for Security and Technology, an organization that aims to “provide the tools and insights needed for companies and governments to outpace emerging global security threats.” Les is perhaps best known in the Bay Area for his work in education and public service, notably founding Peninsula Bridge in 1989. In recent decades, he’s expanded his advocacy work to include disarming violence in all of its forms, from children with weapons in schools and communities to nation-states armed with nuclear weapons.

John A. Davis '68 surfing in Costa Rica John A. Davis ’68 (above) says he’s retired from being a Senior Software Analyst for the State of Oregon and now spends three to six months per year in Costa Rica, where he enjoys surfing.

Steve Whitehouse ’68 (above) let us know he’s still going to work at his law office in Shelton, WA, several times a week.

Anna James Wipfler ’05 is delighted to have returned to California where he and his partner just bought their first home in Sacramento. AJ will be working as a law clerk for the Eastern District of California and is “looking forward to getting back to all the goodness that is Cali. Please get in touch if you come through Sacramento or Davis!”

Antonio Lopez ’12 is running for city council in East Palo Alto. In 2018, Antonio spoke at Menlo’s Martin Luther King, Jr. Day assembly and challenged the Menlo community to engage in anti-racist education.
