Boys’ lacrosse tops Serra in home opener

Jung, Tudor each tally 3 goals and assist 

5.3.2021 – The Menlo boys’ lacrosse team took an early lead and fended off a late charge to defeat visiting Serra 11-8 at home Monday.
Junior Carter Jung and freshman Bradford Tudor paced the attack with three goals and an assist each. Junior Sam Scola scored twice and assisted on two goals while sophomore Keane Murphy picked up two assists and a goal. Juniors Ben Banatao had a goal and an assist and Sam Randal rounded out the scoring. Sophomore Bax Barlow made nine saves for the Knights (2-0), who next play St. Ignatius on the road Friday.
