9.20.2021 – The Menlo girls’ golf team defeated Notre Dame-San Jose 228-262 in a West Bay Athletic League match at San Jose Muni on Monday.
The Knights (4-2) were paced by sophomores Hailey Kim, who fired a 1-under-par 35 and Chloe Lee, who shot a 36. Joelle Kim, also a sophomore, carded a 41; Indira Abhyanker, a senior, posted a 55 while freshmen Alexa Muchnick and Rhea Nandal each finished with 61s.
Notre Dame-San Jose’s Isabel Guerro had a 44.
Menlo next plays Sacred Heart Prep at Sharon Heights CC on Thursday.
