Volleyball (23-5) wins 13th in a row

Week of Oct. 11-16

10.15.2021 – The Menlo School volleyball team rolled to its 13th consecutive victory, defeating Notre Dame-San Jose 25-8, 25-20, 25-11 at home Thursday.
The Knights (23-5 overall) next play Notre Dame-Belmont at home Tuesday for senior night, then Sacred Heart Prep on the road.
Against NDSJ, sophomore Cleo Hardin posted nine kills and senior Zoe Gregory had five aces and 15 assists. Senior Simone Adam added seven kills on 77.8 percent hitting while Hanna Hoffman had 15 assists, Senior Hallie MacDonald recorded 13 digs for the Knights.

Menlo 3, Mercy-Burlingame 0

10.13.221 – The Menlo volleyball team defeated visiting Mercy-Burlingame 25-21, 25-12, 25-6 in a West Bay Athletic League game at home Tuesday.

The Knights (22-5) won their 12th match in a row, and play Notre Dame-San Jose at home Thursday. 

Menlo senior outside hitter Simone Adam posted 13 kills on 41.9% hitting, 10 digs, and four aces. Senior setter Hanna Hoffman recorded 21 assists, nine digs, eight kills, and three aces. Junior Cleo Hardin had 11 kills, and  senior Zoe Gregory finished with 17 assists and a pair of aces.
