Girls’ basketball charges into WBAL play
The Menlo girls’ basketball team dropped a 42-29 decision to visiting Notre Dame- Belmont in a WBAL game Thursday.
The Knights (1-1, 5-4 overall) took an 11-7 first-quarter lead before the Tigers started to hit their shots. Menlo trailed by four at the half, but couldn’t rein in NDB the rest of the way.
Menlo faces Pinewood on the road tomorrow night at 5:30p

1.11.2022 – The Menlo girls’ basketball team returned to the court and quickly issued a 65-25 WBAL opening win over visiting Crystal Springs on Tuesday.
Senior Sharon Nejad racked up 27 points for Menlo (5-4) while fellow senior Shannon Li added 15.
