In a thrilling double-overtime, the Menlo ​boys’ lacrosse ​team ​posted a 13-12 victory over San Ramon Valley​ on the road Friday. ​​Senior ​Carter Jung​ recorded the winner ​Carter ​- ​a downhill right-alley dodge shot on the run 45 seconds into second overtime​ period​.

​The ​Knights rall​ied​ from ​a ​4-0 first-quarter deficit to pull ahead 7-5 at the half. Menlo​ and​ SRV tied 12-12 after ​the first overtime period.

​Carter Jung finished with five goals and an assist. Sophomore Bradford Tudor tallied four goals and an assist while senior Sam Scola had five assists and four ground balls.

Junior Bax Barlow posted 15 saves while sophomore Brady Jung won 14 of 20 face-offs. Junior Lucas Vogel assisted on a goal and picked up four gorundballs.
