Boys’ water polo goes 2-2 at North-South Challenge

After losses to SoCal teams, Knights rebound to beat Gunn, Campo

The Menlo boys’ water polo team went 2-2 in the North South Challenge t finish 13th in the North South Challenge on Saturday. 

Menlo (15-7) finishes the regular season hosting Mitty in a WCAL regular-season finale. then hosts Southern California powerhouse Orange Lutheran on Thursday for their Senior Night.

On Saturday, Ethan Babel led the day in assists with three while Teddy Meeks posted a team-high four steals and Jackson Kay had three blocked shots. Cormac Mulloy was strong in goal for the Knights with 13 saves allowing just 5 goals, while also adding three steals.

NOTES: Cormac Mulloy led Menlo on the day with 5 assists while Teddy Meeks led the team with 4 steals. Tommy Kiesling led Menlo in ejections earned with 4 along with leading all scorers on the day with 12 goals.
