Why I Teach
Simply put, Menlo’s faculty is its secret sauce. Our teachers are an inspiring, funny, passionate, intelligent, and dedicated group of educators. They come from many di erent backgrounds and upbringings, and some always knew they wanted to teach while others fortuitously happened into the career. They love kids, want
to make a positive di erence through teaching, and are deeply committed to their craft and connecting with our students. Here, a few of our teachers provide insights into why they do what they do.
