During the summer, Doran designed, built and delivered a 13’ x 13’ robotics platform for the Menlo Robotics Team to use when testing their robots for competition. The platform is strong enough to support people, transportable in pieces and moveable on wheels.

Robotics teacher Marc Allard said, “Doran accomplished this with impeccable workmanship. Moreover, he delivered the platform on time, which says a lot about his planning and project management skills. The platform is already being put to good use…As an Eagle Scout, I can say that Doran’s character and actions exemplify what it means to be an Eagle Scout.”
