In back-to-back seasons, the Knights advanced to the CCS Open Division, featuring the top teams in the section across all divisions, this time advancing to the semi nals.  e
team earned a trip to NorCals and its  rst selection into the Open Division where it fell to Turlock. On its way to CCS, Menlo locked in its   h league championship in the past six seasons, going 12-0 in a challenging division. Senior captains Ashley Dreyer and Kristin Sellers guided the Knights to a ground-breaking season that not only included an extended run through the Open Division, but also a Chris Chandler Invitational title and a trip to the semi nals of the SoCal HUDL Invitational in San Diego.

GIRLS’WATER POLO
15-17 overall, 5-2 tied for second place PAL Bay, CCS Div. II  nalist, PAL Tournament  nalist
In its  rst CCS championship game in 11 seasons, Menlo girls’ water polo showed the drive that led the team all season. Despite a 7-3 loss to Valley Christian in the CCS  nal, the Knights closed the season with a 5-2 league record, tied for second place, and advanced to the title game of the league tournament. Along the way, Menlo took second place in the Amador NCS-CCS Invitational. A trio of senior captains, Gillian Bressie, Parker Callender, and Sarah Donato,
and junior Meg Reinstra guided a young Knights team to a standout season.

BOYS’WATER POLO
20-8 overall, 5-0 PAL-Bay champions, CCS Open  nalist, NorCal Open quali er
 e Menlo boys made history being selected to the inaugural CIF-NorCals a er advancing to the also-new CCS Open Division semi nals. In the NorCals quarter nal, the Knights charged back from a three-goal, fourth-quarter de cit forcing overtime, but fell to Buchanan in the last seconds 10-9. In CCS play, Menlo advanced to its 18th  nal in the past 23 seasons. Senior captains Niko Bhatia, Miller Geschke, and Ben Gur led the Knights to their third league crown in a row, as well as thrilling, close victories for the PAL Tournament and the Scott Roche Invitational titles.
