Four days after bringing home the Point Loma Invitational championship, the Menlo girls’ tennis team opened West Bay Athletic League play with a shutout over visiting Crystal.

The Knights (11-2) got singles wins from senior Elise Chen, junior Milla Bardony, sophomore Bella Liu and freshman Dorsa Amirkhany.

Juniors Sophia Jia and Allison Zhou won in straight sets while junior Rosalyn Zhou and freshman Sophia Wang won in a third-set tiebreaker. Senior Elsa Sonsini and freshman Leighton Bardony wrapped up the doubles in straight sets.
