Careers at Menlo

All Menlo employees are an essential part of Menlo’s mission to empower students to explore and expand their interests, reach their fullest potential, develop the skills necessary for success in college, and become ethical, responsible, and engaged members of ever-wider communities.

Menlo School believes that students are better educated and prepared to succeed when the School community—students, families, faculty, administration, and staff— reflects the diversity of the Bay Area.

Menlo School provides a competitive health benefits package, a robust retirement plan, an on-site childcare center, tuition assistance, bonuses for carpooling, and professional development opportunities. All employees are given free lunch, generous time off, and enjoy free cultural events. All of which makes Menlo School a great place to work!

Administration and Staff

Menlo School relies on its outstanding administrators and staff to run the operations of the school in the Accounting, Business Office, Communications, Development, Facilities/Operations, and Technology departments. Employees in these areas take pride in the fact that their work helps to support  Menlo School’s mission.

From the novice to the college-bound athlete, Menlo’s Athletics program provides students the opportunity to develop mind, body, and character for themselves, their teams, and their school. Athletes, coaches, and parents together strive to develop a commitment to their team, and the courage to try and give their best effort. Athletics allow our students to practice graciousness, respect, and honesty for their teammates, competitors, coaches, and officials. All the while, they continue to learn the importance of “sound body, sound mind,” with physical conditioning and nutrition.

Non-Discrimination Policy

Menlo School does not discriminate or condone discrimination against any member of the School community on any basis, including race, color, ethnicity, national origin, ancestry, age, sex, gender, gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, religious creed, medical condition, pregnancy, childbirth, medical conditions related to pregnancy or childbirth, physical or mental disability, genetic information, genetic characteristics, marital status, citizenship, immigration status, primary language, veteran or military service status, and all other legally protected characteristics in any of its policies, procedures or practices. This nondiscriminatory policy covers admission and access to, and treatment and employment in, the School’s programs and activities.
