Biography

Since joining Menlo’s faculty in 1992, I have held a variety of positions in the classroom, administration, and in the field of education, teaching sixth-grade Humanities, ninth grade World Religions, U.S. History, AP U.S. History, as well as Upper School elective courses in Ideology and Global Scholars Research. I have been a mentor teacher and team leader in both Middle and Upper Schools, and an evaluator for the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. I have directed the Global Programs since 2012.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, writing articles, making music, bicycling, and hanging out with friends and family.
