Biography

After graduating from the University of Lima, I moved from Peru to the Bay Area where I attended graduate school and began my career in Human Resources. I’ve managed Human Resources organizations in a variety of industries, in companies of various sizes and stages, and with employees in many geographies both in the US and abroad. I have a generalist background with experience in organizational design and development, employee relations, employee development, benefits and compensation, and talent acquisition. In the years prior to joining Menlo, I worked as a consultant providing executive Human Resources services to many great clients. I am honored to now be a part of Menlo and this remarkable community.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading, cooking, spending time with friends and family and traveling around the world with my beautiful teenage daughter.
