Upper School Athletics

Head Athletic Trainer

Biography

I was promoted in 2019 to oversee Menlo sports medicine. In 2013, I earned my master’s in athletic training from A.T. Still University in Arizona after graduating with a bachelor’s in both Exercise Science and athletic training from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011. Before coming to Menlo, I served as Athletic Trainer at Capuchino High and also spent three years as an athletic trainer at the UCSF Orthopaedic Institute in SF.

I enjoy providing high-quality, evidence-based care to Menlo student-athletes. I also co-authored an abstract “Fatigue-Specific Health-Related Quality of Life: Six Differences in Healthy Adolescent Athletes,” published in the Journal of Athletic Training.

When I am not working, I enjoy watching my favorite Chicago sports teams, spending time outdoors, visiting family and friends, and traveling with my husband.
