Volleyball sweeps Harker, stays in 4th WBAL

Unlike the last meeting between the teams, the Menlo volleyball team finished a West Bay Athletic League match Thursday with a three-set home victory over Harker.
The Knights (16-12 overall, 6-4 West Bay Athletic League) next play on the road against Notre Dame-San Jose. Menlo sits in fourth place in the Foothill Division with two games remaining.
The seniors paced the Knights all day.Kaila Ting delivered five kills and seven blocks, Emma Holland had eight digs and three kills while Abby Holleran contributed a team-high 11 digs.
Menlo sophomore Hanna Hoffman posted six kills, 19 assists, six digs and five blocks. Sophomore Sharon Nejad had a team-high eight kills and junior Roxy Karrer added seven more kills.

The last time the teams met, the Knights fell in a five-set heartbreak.
