Boys’ soccer lands CCS automatic qualifying bid

Menlo locked in a CCS qualifying bid with a 10-0 win over Crystal Springs.

The Menlo boys’ soccer team scooped up the last CCS automatic qualifying spot with a commanding 10-0 win over Crystal Springs in a WBAL regular-season finale at home Wednesday.
The Knights hold a 9-2-1 (28 points) to claim second place. SHP (12-0) finished first.
Against the Gryphons, the Knights got a hat trick from senior Aaron Morgan, who assisted his twin Alex Morgan on his second goal. Senior Jackson Aldrich also scored two while senior Xander Stabile and juniors Alex Konas and Tor Micaelian each added two assists.
