The Menlo volleyball team rolled through division play and went 3-1 to finish second in their own 12th Annual Chris Chandler Invitational on Saturday.
In the semifinals, the Knights defeated Aragon for the third time this young season in two sets then fell to a well-rounded Westview of San Diego squad 25-19, 25-15 in the Gold Division final.
Menlo senior outside Cleo Hardin 52 kills hitting .441 and had 16 digs. Aaliyah Sanders added 16 kills and Lily Hinshaw added 12. Lily Kautai delivered 89 assists and had 10 digs and four aces. Ava Wang also had 16 digs Zoe Zodorowski had a team-high eight aces.
The Knights beat Aragon 25-15, 25-16 in the bracket play to advance to the final against West view.

Menlo defeated San Mateo 25-12, 25-9 then Hillsdale 25-18, 25-19 in pool play.
