Girls’ basketball defeats Fremont-Sunnyvale

Liu, Xin combine for 45 points

12.19.2023 – The Menlo girls’ basketball team defeated Fremont of Sunnyvale 56-49 on the road Tuesday.

The Knights led 28-24 at halftime, pulled ahead by 11 in the third, then held on for the win.

Menlo got 24 points from Ruiqi Liu and 21 points from Karen Xin. Menlo (5-3) next plays host to Menlo-Atherton (5-4) at 430p Thu, Dec. 21
