Biography

I’ve worked in education since 2004, first at Making Waves Education Program before transitioning to admissions at independent schools in 2011. This work allows me to connect with and support an array of talented students and their families and help them achieve their goals and access an education that will shape the rest of their lives. Everyone deserves thee opportunity to access their full potential. Being a small part of that community for Menlo students and supporting the school in its mission and values motivates me daily.

I’m privileged to have grown up in the one-of-a-kind cities of Berkeley and Oakland, to have formally studied my passions—history and creative writing—and to have traveled internationally. Throughout my journey, I have always been personally enriched by my connection to purpose driven communities, such as Menlo.

Outside of work I spend my time with lifelong friends, reading, hanging out with my feisty Chihuahua, Pepper, and pointing out every incredible dog I see (that’s all of them)!
