Biography

I joined Menlo’s History Department in 2011. I’ve since taught half a dozen history courses and served as Upper School History Department Chair. I’ve also served as a Junior and Senior Class Dean, Associate Director of Alumni Affairs, Upper School Faculty Admissions Associate, and co-director of Menlo’s 2018 reaccreditation self-study. Before becoming an educator, I worked on Capitol Hill for three years.

In my free time, I coach my son’s soccer and cross country teams and follow my daughter around the Bay Area’s beautiful parks.
