Congratulations! We are so excited to welcome you to Menlo. 

Now that you’ve heard “Yes” from us, we hope you’ll say “Yes” and complete the enrollment process! Here’s all you need to know and do to enroll your child and launch your family’s Menlo journey.

Enrollment Deadline for New Students:
Friday, March 22, 2024, before 12:00 pm

To secure your student’s space in the class, you must submit your signed electronic enrollment contract and pay your tuition deposit by paper or eCheck. Both the signed contract and deposit must be received by the Business Office before the noon deadline. 

Enrollment Logistics:

• On Friday, March 17, after 4:00 pm, parents/guardians of admitted students will be emailed individual and unique links to both their child’s electronic enrollment contract and their deposit invoice.
• All legal parents/guardians must sign the enrollment contract for it to be considered complete. To complete this process, each parent/guardian needs to have a unique email address in their Ravenna profile. 
• The tuition deposit can be paid by paper check or eCheck. Credit cards are not accepted. You can drop off a paper check at the Business Office, located in Stent Hall on the 3rd floor, Room SH306, or the Business Office Lock Box. eChecks can be submitted through the link in your emailed invoice. We do not recommend mailing your paper deposit check. 
• Than Healy, Head of School, will countersign your contract, and you will receive an email confirmation with the opportunity to download a copy for your records. 
• The Business Office will email you a link to set up your account on our tuition invoicing and payment service, Blackbaud Tuition Management, after April 1.
