Girls’ lacrosse rolls past Sequoia

Knights topple Ravens 24-15; fall to Redwood

The Menlo girls’ lacrosse team defeated host Sequoia 24-15 in a high-octane non-league match-up Friday night.
The Knights (8-3) resume WBAL play after spring break at Sacred Heart Prep on April 17.
Knights sophomore Elia Choe poured in seven goals and assisted on another. With her first goal in the first quarter, Chow reached 100 career goals in just 1.5 seasons.
Senior Kylie Jones again led on all halves of the field with a hat trick, four assists, nine draw controls, and four groundballs.
Sophomore Maren Mulloy posted five goals, an assist and three draw controls. Hannah Bernthal, also a sophomore had four goals, three assists, and three draw controls.
Menlo junior Devon Schaefer finished with 13 saves while senior Tatum Herrin and sophomore Marin Yamada each scored twice. Junior Ari Kaufman also scored for the Knights.
