Boys’ tennis captures 35th league title

Knights improve to 8-0 with two matches left

Menlo School boys’ tennis captured its 35th league championship all-time when the Knights defeated Crystal on Thursday.
The Knights (8-0 WBAL, 16-1 overall) rolled to a 7-0 win on the road. Top seed Cooper Han kicked off a victory at No. 1 singles. Lucas Huang, Surya Dedatta and Kavan Kumar also won in straight sets.
In doubles, Yuanye Ma and Arki Temsamani teamed for a win at No. 1. David Lipeles-James Park and Lucas Ying-Bradley Engel dropped just two sets total in their victories.
