About the Team

Menlo School has been a competitive force in the Peninsula and West Bay Athletic Leagues and a regular visitor to the Central Coast Section playoffs. Menlo has won three section titles in the past five years. In 2012, the team won its first CCS title outright and defended its league championship in 2013. The Knights returned to the title game, winning it in 2014 and 2016 and advancing to the final in 2015. Menlo shared a CCS Div. II championship three consecutive seasons from 1988 to 1990 with a tie in the finals each time. The goal of the program is to provide tools for the team members to become good players by focusing on technical and tactical skills and challenging the players through training. The life skills taught are meant to create an environment that will develop hardworking, committed, respectful and responsible team members.
